I have started to see...how much the meal plan is not what holds people back
It's all the other things
#1 Having a plan and following your plan are different
#2 Having a plan and eating ONLY one of the meals on the plan is not following the plan
#3 If outside settings throw you off your plan so much you find yourself spending days trying to recover, that's not a good set up
#4 Catching how little you sleep
#5 Catching how much you stress
#6 Catching how you don't drink water
#7 Catching your digestion does't work how it should
#8 Catching your cycle is irregular
#9 Catching how little you want to be consistent that long
Funny thing is most people don't want to be consistent, even when it's easy or convenient...
A lot of times people find interruptions to their day...
But truth is...we are all human, all have the same amount of time in a day, and all of us have gone through circumstances that are similar..
Nutrition Coaching is NOT a meal plan...it's Coaching
And figuring out how a meal plan can fit into those circumstances is most of what I do.
The people I Coach or Help or Work with..what ever you want to call it...
Start to see that along the way...at first they think its a magic combination of foods and a secret fat burning workout...its's not..
It's a lot of ..."You went out to dinner last night and had ribs and mashed potatoes?"
"Here is what we need to do today...and here is how we are going to get back on track right away......Not next week or Next Monday"
it's a lot of "I'm going away for the weekend, I don't want to ruin my progress"
to which I say "We, won't ...here is how we can make the weekend get away work"
Yesterday we added 15 NEW Before and After Pictures to our wall
I'm going to change how people eat, how they diet, how they talk about it, how they think about it, how they feel about it, how they express themselves about it and the what kind of results they get....Period
I'm going to do it..1 person at time
Not Everyone Will want to ...Not Everyone will be ready..Not everyone wants the truth
When they Discover The Meal Plan was not the problem...
