July has 31 Days...how many days on vs days off will you have?
I'll be honest..I trained hard in June..and I was on more days than I was off
but when I look back..I had more days off than I would have wanted and more days off then what my goals required.
I will correct that this month

As of right now...we have all of the things mapped out..on schedule
We will be in Dallas for the WBFF show...
Zoom workouts will continue..gym will close while we are out of town but we will still have ZOOM workouts and I will still send workout for you to follow
The 2nd half of 2020 will be about perspective...if the 1st half didn't teach you that already
