This Nutrition Coaching and Contest Prep Program program includes:
1. Nutrition Plan (specific to your body and lifestyle) and Initial Assessment
2. Weekly phone consultations (for evaluation, program changes, and questions you may have) + Unlimited text and Email (please allow time for response)
3. Supplement schedule (customized for you)
4. Workout plan to follow at your gym
5. Customized cardio schedule
6. Vacation or Social strategy planning (if needed)
**You will be in constant contact with Coach Rafael on a DAILY basis to report morning weight along with other important details of how the prior days have been going. You will send Coach Rafael pictures once per week, or upon request, which may be sooner towards the end of prep.
The Set Up and Cost of your Program isis $75 per week, every week for the duration of your prep (16, 18, 20 weeks or more)
Once you enroll We will email you your questionaire, then once get questions answered, 1st sample of meal plan is ready inside 48 hoursand we can set up a call to go over it and make sure that the plan is exactly the way you want it
