I mean yesterday I made her eat 180 grams of Carbohydrates (you know sugar)
Look how bloated she is now :-(
I also have to be honest, I didn't listen to her and what she wanted to do...she wanted to cut everything out...and I told her it was important to make sure why lost body fat eating more food, not less....haha => boy was I wrong
Oh yeah, last prep our stress level was really high, so I talked to her about bringing that down, I know I know... nonsense
and of course after years of telling her that her acne problem was related to her gut, her digestion and what she ate..of course she did what most people do..went to see a "Doctor" and a few dermatologist...and they all had a magic cream or secret meds to help
Lucky for her she is so smart and after trying all of those "solutions" and seeing they didn't work first..she said well I guess I'll listen you, not that you know anything about acne..I'm so silly I thought I could help...guess we got lucky cause her acne is almost all gone and not just the acne in her face, which the creams were supposed to help ;-)
If only I could have solved all those issues that took years to develop in a few days like most people...
If only I could have helped her burn more fat and build more lean, tight and toned muscle in a few days instead of 12 months...
If only I would have cut processed foods, sugar, fat, bread, ice cream, misha's cupcakes, rice, and all the other stuff I programmed in her diet out, she probably would have gotten results faster
If only I would have told her to do hours of cardio, I am sure she would have been leaner faster...
But I didn't and clearly Her Transformation Did Not Work Because It Took 12 Months...
I guess all I can say is Real Results take time, and by putting time into them you get to keep them
