Start with 10 Squats 10 Push Ups 10 Heel Raises 10 Jumping Jacks and 10 Sit Ups
Now Double it, so 20 of each
Rest for 2 Minutes
Double it..so 40 of each
Rest for 2 minutes
Double it again..80 reps
Rest..can you double it again?????
