I hope you all had a GREAT weekend and I know what it's like when you fall a little off track on the weekend...
But I also know 2 things...#1 you can plan for weekends flexibility, so those things can actually be apart of your plan
and #2 ...if it's not a part of your plan..then the best thing you can do...is get right back on track.
Not beat yourself up, about the choices you made...truth is you made them..own them..move on.
Back on the horse today...back on track with your food, back on track with water and back on track with workouts...that is it
Repeat tomorrow and the day after... that is it.
The same way you made a choice to have what ever you had to fall off...you can make the choice to get right back on
