WE KNOW 1 WORKOUT IS NEVER ENOUGH, AND EVEN A WEEK IS NOT REALLY ENOUGH TIME TO DECIDE IF A WORKOUT OR FITNESS PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR YOU.
Everyone starts at THE WORKOUT the same way PHASE 1: A 3 week trial. The 3 weeks give you a chance to get familiar with THE WORKOUT, try a few of the classes and decide if it can help you reach your fitness goals.
It also give us a chance to see how we can be of help and provide coaching that will help you with your goals.
Sometimes people just want to come to THE WORKOUT and train
Sometimes people need help with their eating (diet), so we offer something called THE PROCESS (Nutrition Coaching).
PHASE 1 is for YOU to decide if this is right for you, without feeling pressured to decide after 1 workout or 1 orientation.
We offer class at:
Mon thru Fri at 5pm
Mon thru Fri at 6pm
Mon thru Thur at 7pm
Sat at 8am and 9am
Sun at 11am

If it's a Good fit for you, we would move on to Phase 2...and this is where can really help you get some momentum with your fitness goals
We can go over the cost of Phase 2 on your 1st day,but until then...Better to try it for 3 weeks and see if this is even the place for you
